This is a simple hand knit sweater made with a luxurious yarn. It is a self striping, kid mohair and silk blend and it is so soft and lightweight that you will hardly feel it. The body of the shrug is knit in a simple garter stitch but the sleeve edges and neck and back edges are hand crocheted in a staggered shell stitch.

This garment will fit a wide range of sizes, from extra small to medium.

Here are the measurements taken on the mannequin:

Center back from neck: 20 inches
Circumference of head and back opening: 50 inches
Length from sleeve edge sleeve edge: 46 inches
Sleeve at under arm seam: 10 inches

You can care for your shrug by washing in mild soap and cold water, then roll it in a towel and lay it flat to dry. Please be careful with your rings and other jewelry.
